No Hating Zone wants you to love what you bought! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund. (including original shipping charges).

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with your name, to info@nohatingzone.com  at the time of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it.

Exchanges:

If the item is defective and you're requesting an exchange, please email info@nohatingzone.com  with defective in the subject line, explaining the defect and if possible attach a photo showing the defect & wait to receive further instructions before shipping.

If you're asking for an exchange due to defect, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.
